The Langhe, Roero and Monferrato are full of charm, taste and emotions to experience and discover. ALBA TARTUFI, at the same time as the sale of Fresh Truffles and Preserved Truffles, and in relation to its activity strongly linked to Nature, offers an Alba Truffle Tour in the Roero Territory, famous for the White Truffle of Alba and the Truffles of Piedmont , that is, Prized Black Truffle, Autumn Black Truffle and Summer Black Truffle (see “Seasonal Truffles”).

The Alba Truffle Tour takes place every day from 08:00 to 20:00 for a duration of 2 hours and the search takes place in the Natural Truffle Fields of the Roero Territories. The Seeker who leads the group of People on the Tour (the TRIFULAU, in Piedmontese dialect), personally chooses the route based on the climatic/environmental conditions. Who is the “Trifulau”? The “Trifulau” is a Truffle Seeker and Collector (TRIFULE, in Piedmontese dialect) who with the help of his dog (TABUI, in Piedmontese dialect) searches for the prized tuber of Italian gastronomy recognized throughout the world.

PRICE PER PERSON (from 2 couples of Adults up / from a minimum of 4 Adults up) – The price of the Tour is €89.00 per Person. Free for children up to 11 years old (* – children must always be accompanied by their parents and/or family members).
Gift of good memories: with the minimum participation of 2 couples growing up, each couple will be given a free jar of “180g White Truffle Sauce.” that you can use and taste comfortably at home in delicious dishes.
