The “TRUFFLE SEARCH / TRUFFLE HUNTING” Tour of ALBA TARTUFI allows you to live a unique experience offered by Nature. With over 30 years of experience, Ugo CAUDA, Owner of ALBA TARTUFI, is the Speaker and Companion of this Tour, and following the research, he will provide Participants with information regarding Nature, the Truffle Areas of Piedmont, the Climate and the Types of Lands, Truffle Seasons, Truffle Hunting, and then again, the Price of Truffles, and finally, the best ways to prepare and enjoy the White Truffle of Alba. To complete the Tour, a tasting of Typical Local Products follows as the “grand finale”. Type of Tour: Nature, Cognitive and Curiosity – Tour Duration: approximately 4 hours.

The “FROM LAND TO THE TABLE” Tour of ALBA TARTUFI allows you to experience, learn about and taste the products offered by Nature. The Tour begins in the morning with a “Truffle Search” / “Truffle Hunt” followed by a lunch in a place suspended in time, to discover gastronomic delicacies paired with fine typical wines. After the search for Truffles and the Lunch based on Local Products of the Territory, the Tour ends with the History of the Truffle and the Territory with a visit to the “Mudet” Truffle Museum of Alba and Montà d’Alba. A search for truffles in the Roero woods, a wellness treatment in a local SPA and a lunch accompanied by an excellent white wine are the 3 ingredients of the Tour!
