INGREDIENTS – Serves 4
4 eggs
30 g white Alba truffle
30 g butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 – Heat a non-stick pan and butter the bottom of the pan;
2 – Crack open the eggs and cook for a maximum of 3 minutes.
3 – Serve on a flat plate and top with slices of Alba white truffle.
