BUTTER WITH BLACK SUMMER TRUFFLE (recommended use) – Seasoning based on Butter, Black Summer Truffle, Salt and Flavourings. Butter with Black Summer Truffle is an excellent condiment for egg pasta, rice and for the preparation of tasty first courses and canapés. Also excellent in preparing breakfasts and snacks. To best appreciate the qualities of the Product, use approximately 15 g per person.

FRESH SUMMER BLACK TRUFFLE (recommended use) – The Piedmont Black Summer Truffle is a particularly widespread truffle in Piedmont. It is mainly harvested in the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato areas and is commonly called Scorzone due to its hard and wrinkled black-brown rind, rich in pyramidal, protruding and large warts. The pulp is hazelnut in color and is crossed by numerous white veins and has a fungal scent with a very delicate flavour. In Piedmont, the harvesting of the Black Summer Truffle takes place from 1 June to 31 August. The Black Summer Truffle, after a short cooking, can be used as an ingredient in fillings and sauces, risottos or sliced into thin slices on salads.

SUMMER BLACK TRUFFLE CARPACCIO (recommended use) – Truffle Carpaccio can be used as a cold condiment or heated slightly to avoid dispersing the flavor of the truffle, and used as a condiment together with the oil in the jar. Recommended for meat or fish carpaccio, it can also flavor many other dishes as desired.
