The Alba White Truffle has a velvety, greenish-ochre colored outer surface, and the flesh is white-yellow-greyish with thin white veins. Its pleasantly aromatic scent makes it unique. The Alba White Truffle originates in Piedmont (Italy), is harvested from October 1st to January 31st, and the product, as in the case of ALBA TARTUFI, is always carefully selected.
