RECOMMENDED USE
Cream with porcini mushrooms flavoured with truffles, recommended for seasoning first courses or game-based main courses. Also excellent for preparing canapés and appetisers, and original when used to season fish dishes. To best appreciate its qualities, use about 20 g of product per person.
STORAGE
The product maintains its characteristics unchanged from the date of production for the times and temperatures defined below: in the refrigerator (+4°C) – once opened, store in the refrigerator covered with oil and consume within a few days; at room temperature – in a closed jar, consume by the expiry date shown on the jar (M.C.T.).
