With the addition of small truffle shavings, this exquisite combination is ideal for adding flavour to all hot dishes: pasta, meat, fish, eggs, cheese, salads, potatoes and vegetables. Salt with Alba White Truffle can also be used in the preparation of sushi and foie gras.

STORAGE

The product maintains its characteristics unchanged from the production date for the times and temperatures defined below: at room temperature – whether the jar is open or closed, consume by the expiry date shown on the jar (T.M.C.).
