RECOMMENDED USE
Black Summer Truffle Slices in Olive Oil can be used in meat carpaccio, mushroom rice, summer salads, and pizzas. To enhance and garnish your hot and cold dishes, place them directly on the plate at the end of preparation. If desired, the oil can also be used to flavor your recipes.
Storage
The product maintains its characteristics unchanged from the date of production for the times and temperatures defined below: in the refrigerator (+4°C) – once opened, store in the refrigerator covered with oil and consume within a few days; at room temperature – in a closed jar, consume by the expiry date shown on the jar (M.C.T.).
