RECOMMENDED USE

Truffle Carpaccio can be used as a cold condiment or heated slightly to avoid dispersing the flavour of the truffle, and used as a condiment together with the oil in the jar. Recommended for meat or fish carpaccio, it can also be used to flavour many other dishes to taste.

STORAGE

The product maintains its characteristics unchanged from the date of production for the times and temperatures defined below: in the refrigerator (+4°C) – once opened, store in the refrigerator covered with oil and consume within a few days; at room temperature – in a closed jar, consume by the expiry date shown on the jar (M.C.T.).
