RECOMMENDED USE

A cream made from champignon mushrooms, olives and black summer truffles, mainly used to dress pasta dishes and tasty bruschetta. It is a classic product for all truffle-based dishes. Truffle cream also enhances dishes with a subtle flavour, enriching them with aromas and sensations.

Storage

The product maintains its characteristics unchanged from the date of production for the times and temperatures defined below: in the refrigerator (+4°C) – once opened, store in the refrigerator covered with oil and consume within a few days; at room temperature – in a closed jar, consume by the expiry date shown on the jar (M.C.T.).
