The White Truffle Cream is a concentrate of the famous “Tuber Magnatum Pico” and contains 73% White Truffle, Olive Oil and a few grains of Salt. Ideal for flavoring important first and second courses, it is also an excellent base for preparing elegant banquets. The White Truffle Cream is the Queen of “Preserved Truffle” Products.

Storage

The product maintains its characteristics unchanged from the date of production for the times and temperatures defined below: in the refrigerator (+4°C) – once opened, store in the refrigerator covered with oil and consume within a few days; at room temperature – in a closed jar, consume by the expiry date shown on the jar (M.C.T.).
