Bianchetto Truffle Cream (Tuber Albidum Pico or Tuber Borchii Vitt.) contains 73% Bianchetto Truffle, olive oil, and a few grains of salt. Ideal for flavoring first and second courses, it’s also an excellent base for aperitifs, focaccia, and Pizze. Bianchetto Truffle Cream also has a fragrant and intoxicating note of garlic.

Storage

The product maintains its characteristics unchanged from the production date for the times and temperatures defined below:
In the refrigerator (+4°C) – once opened, store in the refrigerator covered with oil and consume within a few days; at room temperature – in the closed jar, consume by the expiration date indicated on the jar (T.M.C.).
