After some not so favorable seasons, the first indicators for the Black Summer Truffle are of high quality and fragrance. All this, thanks to the rain, the sun and the humidity that have favored the growth of this Black Truffle that Nature offers in the summer period.<\/p>\n

The Black Summer Truffle is a Truffle widespread in many Italian Regions with a strong presence also in Piedmont and is mainly collected in the areas of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, famous throughout the world for the White Truffle of Alba and for the different types of Black Truffles of Piedmont.<\/p>\n

Where, how and when the Black Summer Truffle is used in cooking:
\n\u25cf where – the Black Summer Truffle can be used fresh on first courses, risottos, second courses based on meat or fish, eggs and cheeses, but also on fresh salads. Its aroma is particularly enhanced with fresh pasta, risotto and white meats;
