These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products offered on the website www.albatartufi.com by ALBA TARTUFI s.r.l., with registered office at Via Cavour, 15 – 12046 Montà (CN) – Italy, Tax Code and VAT No. 02945450043, registered in the Cuneo Companies Register, email info@albatartufi.com, telephone +39 335 5218652 (hereinafter “ALBA TARTUFI” or “the Seller”).
The purchase of products through the website implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which form an integral part of the sales contract.
2. Scope of application
ALBA TARTUFI products are sold both to consumers pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the “EU Consumer Code”) and to professionals and companies making purchases as part of their commercial or professional activities.
Shipments are made worldwide, subject to any restrictions due to customs or health regulations specific to certain countries.
3. Products and availability

In the event of temporary unavailability of one or more products ordered, ALBA TARTUFI will inform the customer by email or telephone, offering a replacement or refund.
Fresh truffles are natural products subject to variations in weight and seasonal availability. The images and descriptions on the website are indicative.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Any shipping, customs, or additional charges will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods are:
Credit and debit cards (via secure payment gateway);
PayPal;
Advance bank transfer.
If paying by bank transfer, shipment will only occur after the amount has been credited.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipments are handled by specialized express couriers, with refrigerated packaging to ensure product freshness.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination, generally:
Italy: 1-2 business days;
European Union: 1-3 business days;
Non-EU countries: 1-5 business days (except for customs delays not attributable to the express couriers).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
For shipments outside the EU, additional costs may apply for preparing food or health declarations required for customs inspections.
Any delays due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or force majeure cannot be attributed to ALBA TARTUFI.
6. Right of withdrawal (varies depending on the type of goods and services)
Perishable goods – Fresh products pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products, such as fresh truffles.
Preserved goods – For products with a long shelf life such as preserves, sauces, wines, and non-perishable products, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us via email at info@albatartufi.com. In the event of a return, the product must be returned intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return costs will be borne by the customer, except for defects or errors attributable to the seller.
Services –
For Services such as the Nature Tour or the Truffle Tour, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the Service Purchase date by notifying us via email at info@albatartufi.com. In the event of withdrawal, the customer may opt for an alternative Tour date or, in the event of force majeure, a refund of the amount paid.
7. Guarantees and complaints
ALBA TARTUFI guarantees that the products delivered and the services provided comply with current regulations and the descriptions on the website.
In the event of a damaged or non-compliant product in long-term storage, the customer must report the problem within 14 days by sending a written notification to info@albatartufi.com with photographic documentation. For perishable goods and services, please refer to point 6. Right of Withdrawal.
Based on the assessment of each case, a refund, replacement, or voucher of equal value may be arranged.
8. Liability
ALBA TARTUFI will not be liable for disruptions or delays due to force majeure or unforeseeable events (strikes, natural disasters, transport disruptions, customs delays, etc.).
Under no circumstances may compensation exceed the value of the order itself.
9. Privacy
Personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003. 196/2003.

10. The sole place of jurisdiction is that of Asti (Piedmont / Italy).
